Weekly lets in all of our holiday cottages run from Friday to Friday all year round.
Three-night weekend and four-night midweek short breaks are offered all year round with Monday and Friday change-overs for all holiday cottages.

If you require a short break of a non-standard duration or with non-standard arrival or departure dates, please contact us by telephone or email and, if possible, we will try to accommodate you.
All holiday lets commence at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The rent is fully inclusive of all heating, electricity, bed linen, duvets and towels.
A travel cot, high chair and fire-guard are available on request.
Sky television is provided in all cottages.
All cottages are totally non-smoking.
For disabled guests, all of our holiday cottages have been assessed as accessible accommodation. However, please telephone to discuss your exact requirements before booking.
A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made less than eight weeks before the arrival date, the total rent is payable at the time of booking.
We advise that you take out separate holiday cancellation insurance.
First-time guests must pay a damage / good housekeeping deposit of:
£100.00 for Partridge Cottage;
£200.00 for Mole End;
and £300.00 for The Piggeries, The Old Stables and Woodpecker Cottage.
This deposit is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date, but payment can be made by cheque which will be held uncashed unless damage or additional cleaning arises.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to a fee.
