Only four miles away from Barnacre Cottages in Lancashire, is the small, pleasant town of Garstang, with lots of small shops and a weekly market on the High Street every Thursday.

There are also Chinese, Indian and Italian takeaway shops. Mama Mia in Garstang will also deliver direct to your luxury cottage.

For dining out The Old Tithebarn, next to the canal, the Old Oak in the centre and Kim Yan the Chinese restaurant, have all been tried by guests with good feedback.
