Barnacre Holiday Cottages are beautifully located for a family holiday in a self-catering cottage in Lancashire, with lots to do right on the doorstep, yet with easy access to the M6.

Blackpool and Lancaster are nearby and the Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria and the Lake District are all within easy travelling for days out.

On site at Barnacre Cottages, we have an outdoor children’s play area and a full size tennis court available for guests to use. Each cottage has its own private garden and there are ample amounts of grounds to explore.

We have cots and highchairs available for young families and barbecues on site for those summer evenings to dine outside with the family. All the cottages also have fire pits and The Old Stables, Oakhouse and Woodpecker cottage have pizza ovens too!

There’s a couple of chickens who might like to say hello, Patrick and Joey the horses, and the resident cats who are always grateful for a cuddle.
