Mole End is a 5-Star luxury self-catering holiday cottage in Lancashire with underfloor heating and an Aga stove on in the winter months. A large open-plan living / dining area, incorporating a well-equipped designer kitchen by Mark Wilkinson, will enable guests to enjoy each other’s company whilst preparing dinner in style!
LIVING and DINING
The cottage has a large open-plan living / dining area, with a well-equipped designer kitchen by Mark Wilkinson and family dining table. The cottage is fitted to a very high standard, finished with Italian tiled floors, beautiful rugs, furnishings and decorations – an ideal cottage for families and friends to share. There is an AGA stove, for the winter months, and in summer there is an electric oven and hob.
There is also a separate cloakroom / laundry room with wash basin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
There are three spacious bedrooms, two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The first ground floor bedroom is a double with an en-suite bath and shower with a large wash basin with wheelchair accessibility, and large illuminated mirror. There is an additional, single profiling bed. The wet-room shower area has seating and a fold-down grab rail for less able guests and stylish grab rails strategically placed around the toilet and bath. The second is a family room with one double bed and one single bed, and a large en-suite with a wet-room type shower area.
A staircase from the lounge area leads up to an additional twin bedroom on the first floor that is bright and spacious. There is also a bathroom, with bath, basin and toilet.
GARDEN
Outdoor space is provided by a private rear garden, with garden furniture and woodland views.
In front of the cottage is a fire pit with stunning views across to the coast. The perfect place to watch the sunset.
